What would you do The Performance & Career Mgmt. Analyst will interact with client resources via email, phone call, instant messaging, etc. and will be responsible for that interaction till all relevant actions are completed on it.

  • Shift timings (7am 3pm ET/ 5:30pm -1am IST) (1pm to 9pm ET/ 11:30pm 7am IST)
  • Candidate should be willing to work in Rotational Night shifts. Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Handle the complete offboarding process for employees, including resignations, retirements, terminations, and other separation scenarios.
  • Ensure all exit-related tasks are completed accurately and within defined timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with local laws, and client-specific requirements during the exit process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of exit documentation, including clearance forms, final settlements, and exit interview feedback.
  • Provide input for final payroll adjustments
  • Coordinate with Payroll and Benefits teams to ensure accurate and timely settlements.
  • Ensure timely deactivation of employee access to systems, tools, and facilities in collaboration with IT and Security teams.
  • Track and manage the return of company assets, such as laptops, access cards, and other equipment.
  • Identify gaps or inefficiencies in the exit process and propose improvements to enhance accuracy, timeliness, and employee experience.
  • Update and maintain process documentation, including DTPs.
  • Work closely with HR, Payroll, IT, Legal, and other relevant teams to ensure a seamless offboarding experience.
  • Act as a point of contact for exit-related queries from employees, managers, and stakeholders.
  • Track and report key exit process metrics, such as attrition rates, compliance adherence, and process turnaround times.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership on exit process performance and trends.
  • Ensure a professional and empathetic offboarding experience for employees.
  • Address and resolve employee concerns or disputes related to the exit process.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the exit process, providing guidance and support to team members.
  • Conduct training sessions for new team members and ensure knowledge transfer of process updates
