What would you do Job Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition Admin Subject Matter Expert will be responsible to assign work, manage volumes.
- Responsible for Quality Audits of the transactions completed by Associates as needed and also take care of the hiring process by producing offer letters, conducting reference checks, scheduling phone screens, scheduling interviews, as well as initiating and tracking background checks and any hiring assessments.
- Provide general support to recruiters using appropriate communication means and prioritizing requests to meet service level.
- Ensure candidate communication and follow up, prepare candidates for interview, schedule and coordinate all travel.
- Good communication skills and High sense of urgency required. Operational Skills: 1. Administrate candidates 2. Manage, invite for and screen assessments 3. Decline candidates 4. Match close fit candidates to talent networks 5. Obtain candidate permission & documents for checks 6. Conduct candidate checks 7. Conclude candidate checks 8. Provide new hire advice and support 9. Create job offer 10. Works council approval 11. Create contract for new hire 12. Sign and archive contract for new hire 13. Create / change employee account in system 14. Close job requisition 15. Initiate onboarding 16. Verify Day 1 Readiness What are we looking for Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of recruiting work experience Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree with a specialization in HR
