What would you do Proactively manage cases through various Process Service Elements with reference to agreed solution, client s policies and Procedures. Provide expertise, advice and guidance to Clients/ Case advisors in the Leave and Absence areas. Review team member s cases against quality criteria and internal measures, SLAs, identifying improvement areas and providing feed back on the functional expertise. To drive quality in all aspects of Leave administration. Employee Services refer to the support and resources provided by an organization to its employees. This includes HR assistance, payroll processing, benefits administration, training programs, and wellness initiatives. The goal is to enhance employee satisfaction, productivity, and overall well-being. Manage the labor laws. This encompasses interchanges between an employer and an employee and may include discussions on salary, benefit packages and employee rights.

What are we looking for

  • Take responsibilities to own, implement, report process metrics, process risks mitigating actions and controls
  • Understanding the detailed functionality of all tools and applications used for Leave and Absence Administration.
  • Understanding the end to end processes of Leave and Absence Administration including Client Policies, State or any governing body s regulation.
  • Provide expertise on all Service elements of Leave and Absence.
  • Process employee leave requests, which includes verifying eligibility, tracking leave status, and provide support services to employees on leave
  • Ensuring all SLA requirements are met as agreed with the client.
  • Ensuring FMAL Compliance are MET
  • Ensuring all internal measures and compliance are met.
  • Provides day to day operational statistics and escalates any potential/current issues to the Team Lead.
  • Recommend cost - effective, efficient procedural or production alternatives.
  • Ensure that the Team manages their case loads on a day to day basis identifying delays and taking remedial action.
  • Develop and implement training programs to help train new Case Advisors
  • Uses and maintains process maps and all process documentation identifying inputs, outputs, roles & responsibilities of the process.
  • Participates in OE programs, Process improvement programs.
  • Create/Collate all necessary Leave data using the appropriate job aids as specified in the Processes.
  • Manage end-to-end processing of Leave of Absence.
  • Create all communications related to approval, denial, extension and cancellation of leave requests and keep the Stakeholders informed as specified in the Processes.
  • Provide appropriate support processes and ensure compliance in adhering to client policies/practices.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client policies, statutory requirements from the State/Local governing body and special handling procedures. Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Required to identify, assess, and resolve complex issues/problems within own area of responsibility and operating largely independently
  • Prioritize own activities and assist team members as needed in order to meet client deadlines and quality standards
  • Provide input into process improvement opportunities and may oversee defining standards for new processes and reusable processes.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of Leave and Absence processes and related systems to effectively perform responsibilities
  • Participates in cross-functional training and fulfils team backup responsibilities
