HR Senior Associate / Team Lead

. Designation: Senior Executive or Team Lead (assigned based on candidate's experience).

. Budget: Up to ₹7 LPA (flexible up to ₹7.5-8 LPA for an exceptional candidate hard ceiling of ₹9-10 LPA).

. Experience: 5+ years of core experience in Plant HR / Operations HR.

. Gender Preference: Male only (due to plant location situated inside a village area/outer skirts of Mumbai).

. Education: Strictly requires a Master's degree-either MSW or MBA in HR (regular graduates without a Master's will not be considered).

. Core Responsibilities:

. End-to-end recruitment for plant workforce (production, operations, support teams).

. Onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and generalist operations.

. Organizing weekly employee engagement activities.

. Handling statutory compliance and factory-level compliances.

. Ideal Background: Experience in EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services), manufacturing, or telecom/electronics repair plants. Candidates with solely consultancy or corporate IT staffing experience are not suitable unless they have managed plant hiring.
