We are seeking an experienced HR Screening Management Development professional to lead our screening processes and enhance our talent acquisition strategy. This role requires a strategic thinker with extensive experience in HR management, specifically in candidate evaluation and selection.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the HR screening process to ensure efficient candidate evaluation and selection.
• Develop and implement screening strategies to attract top talent.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective job descriptions.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage candidate pipelines and track progress.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates qualifications and fit for the organization.
• Analyze and report on screening metrics to improve processes and outcomes.
• Train and mentor junior HR team members on screening best practices.

Skills and Qualifications

• 15-25 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on screening and talent acquisition.
• Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and recruitment best practices.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills to assess screening metrics and improve processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
