About the Role

As an HR Sales Business Partner, you act as a bridge between us and hiring teams in your network.

Your primary responsibility is to:

Refer companies that have C2C / C2H / Contract hiring requirements

Facilitate an introduction or forward the requirement to our team

Earn high commissions on every successful closure

What You Will Do

• Share our staffing solutions with HR leaders, TA teams, consultants, and hiring managers in your circle
• Refer contract hiring requirements or introduce potential clients
• Enable first-level communication between clients and our sales team
• Stay informed about our capabilities to confidently present us to your network
• Provide insights from your HR connections to improve our engagement
• Work independently and build your own recurring earning stream
