Role Overview

Bandhan Life Insurance is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR professional for a Junior HR Retainer role in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have an interest in Talent Acquisition (TA) and Human Resources Business Partnering (HRBP), along with strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and a proactive approach to work.

Fresh MBA graduates with relevant internship experience, as well as candidates with prior experience in Talent Acquisition and HR activities, are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition: Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-ups.
HR Business Partnering: Assist with employee engagement, HR operations, and other HRBP-related activities.
Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with hiring managers and internal teams to support recruitment and HR requirements.
Employee Support: Assist in addressing employee queries and facilitating HR processes.
HR Administration: Support documentation, maintain employee records, and assist with routine HR activities.
Learning and Development: Demonstrate a willingness to learn, take ownership of assigned responsibilities, and adapt to evolving business requirements.

Candidate Profile

MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from a recognized institute.
Fresh MBA graduates with relevant HR internship experience are welcome to apply.
Candidates with prior experience in Talent Acquisition and exposure to HRBP activities will be preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a genuine interest in building a career in Human Resources.
Good interpersonal skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach to work.

Compensation

₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month, depending on the candidate's profile and experience.
