About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Research Associate Consultant with 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, talent research, and client engagement. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in talent acquisition, hands-on exposure to sourcing and screening candidates, and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with both clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities

·       Researching over the internet wrt businesses in our specialisation to build the demand side for the organisation. To carry out Business Development communication with the identified clients.

·       Conduction of Job Qualifications for the openings sourced from clients.

·       Researching over the internet to build the supply side for the demand generated as a Recruiter.

·       Posting of job openings on Job Portals including Antal's exclusive Job Board, Linkedin, Naukri, Times Job etc.

·       Identification and shortlisting of potential candidates after building a comprehensive understanding of the candidates qualifications, aspirations, technical / functional capabilities, value systems et al. through interviews on phone and video calls.

·       Organising interviews as required with Managing Partner.

·       Forwarding APFs of shortlisted candidates to client

·       Organising for interviews between the clients and the candidates after the submission of options to the clients as per the Antal Profile format (APF) and procedures.

·       Closures of the vacancy and maintaining a regular channel of communication with the candidates post their joining to ensure a seamless integration of the candidate into the hiring organisation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate degree is mandatory; MBA in HR or equivalent is preferred.
• 0-2 years of experience in talent sourcing, candidate screening, and market research for building both demand and supply pipelines.
• Excellent English communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with clients and candidates.
• Good command over MS Office and familiarity with job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.) and other recruitment tools.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

What We Offer

Salary: (can be negotiated as per the experience)

·       During period of Internship / Training of 3 months Rs.20000 per month. Training period can be extended if required and your performance is not found satisfactory.

·       On withdrawal from Internship / Training and minimum one placement within first 3 months Rs.25000 per month with probation for 6 months.

·       Revenue Target Based incentives. Lunch, 5 Day Working, 24 Days leave in a year.
