Job Description

This role is central to how our HR Operations function creates visibility on hiring and workforce health. You will work closely with our Talent Acquisition and Resource Management teams — consolidating data, tracking progress, and translating it into structured communication for leadership.

The ideal candidate is someone who is equally comfortable working with data and presenting it. You take information from multiple sources — system reports, team inputs, trackers — and shape it into clear, well-structured PowerPoint decks that help leadership make informed decisions quickly. Strong analytical thinking, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to communicate through visuals are key to success in this role.

What You Will Own

  • Weekly, monthly, and quarterly hiring health decks for leadership — built from HRMS exports and team data
  • Open requisition tracking and pipeline visibility across TA and RMG
  • Requisition workflow management in Keka — data hygiene, time-lag tracking, gap flagging
  • MOMs, action trackers, and stakeholder follow-through across vertical heads and TA leads

What You Bring

  • 4–6 years in HR Ops, TA Operations, or Workforce / Hiring Analytics
  • Advanced PowerPoint — you design decks that tell a story, not just display data
  • Strong Excel — comfortable turning messy raw data into clean, structured outputs
  • Self-driven — your recurring deliverables go out on time, without reminders
  • Sharp eye for data accuracy — your outputs don't need a second pass before they go to leadership
  • Familiarity with Keka, Darwinbox, or any structured HRMS is a plus
