Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilites Include

- Screening & Shortlisting: Reviewing resumes, assessing qualifications, and selecting suitable profiles.
- Interview Coordination: Scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates and hiring managers.
- Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS): Familiarity with recruitment software (e.g., Zoho Recruit, Workable, BambooHR).
- Job Posting & Branding: Writing engaging job descriptions and posting on multiple platforms.
- Database Management: Maintaining candidate records and tracking application progress.
- Reference Checks: Conducting background verification and employment checks.
- Offer & Onboarding Support: Preparing offer letters and helping new hires with joining formalities.
