Eligibility & Requirements:
- Must have completed an HR internship
- Basic knowledge of job portals (LinkedIn, Foundit, Indeed, etc.)
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of end-to-end recruitment process
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing resumes from job portals and social media
- Screening and shortlisting relevant candidates
- Calling and coordinating with candidates
- Scheduling interviews and following up
- Maintaining candidate data and recruitment records
- Supporting full end-to-end recruitment cycle
Skills Required:
- Basic HR and recruitment knowledge
- Candidate handling and coordination skills
- MS Excel / Google Sheets (basic)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Preferred:
- Freshers with internship experience are welcome
- Immediate joiners preferred
