Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Recruitment Specialist in the Real Estate sector, based in Hyderabad. The HR Recruitment Specialist will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, coordinate and conduct interviews, and execute hiring strategies to meet organizational goals. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers, training new employees, and maintaining communication throughout the recruitment process to ensure seamless onboarding.

Qualifications
  • Strong experience in Recruitment, Hiring, and Interviewing processes
  • Proficiency in conducting and coordinating Training sessions
  • Excellent Communication skills to interact with candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to manage end-to-end recruitment cycles effectively
  • Keen understanding of recruitment trends in the real estate industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
