About The Opportunity
We operate in the Staffing & Recruitment / HR Services sector, delivering end-to-end talent solutions across technology, operations and professional services within India. This on-site role will lead full-cycle hiring programs and partner with business leaders to scale teams rapidly while improving hiring efficiency and candidate experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for mid-to-senior roles across functions: own requisition intake, role design, sourcing, interviewing and offer closure.
- Design and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, Naukri and direct-sourcing to build robust pipelines for volume and niche hiring needs.
- Manage and optimise ATS workflows (requisition creation, candidate lifecycle, reporting) to reduce time-to-fill and improve selection quality.
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring scorecards, run structured interviews, and coach interview panels on bias-free assessment.
- Drive employer branding and campus engagement initiatives to attract early-career talent and support talent-pool development.
- Track recruitment KPIs, produce weekly/monthly dashboards, and implement continuous improvements to sourcing, screening and offer processes.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- Proven hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
- Experience using Greenhouse or Workday Recruiting (ATS administration)
- Proficiency on Naukri or similar Indian job portals
- Advanced Boolean search and direct-sourcing techniques
- HR analytics and recruitment metrics tracking
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills for reporting and pipeline analysis
Preferred
- Experience with campus hiring and volume recruitment drives
- Familiarity with recruitment marketing or employer-branding campaigns
- Background in RPO or high-growth startup hiring environments
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive recruitment or talent-acquisition experience (managerial/leadership exposure preferred)
- Demonstrable stakeholder management with hiring managers and cross-functional partners
- On-site availability in India and willingness to travel for campus/field hiring as required
