NEO TECH is a growing industrial manufacturing organization working in CNC machines, automation panels, electronics, and sheet metal fabrication. As our team is expanding, we are looking for a responsible HR Recruiter Executive to support our hiring activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process
• Recruit both white-collar staff (engineers, office staff, managers) and blue-collar workers (operators, technicians, helpers, labour)
• Post jobs on LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment platforms
• Conduct initial candidate screening and interviews
• Coordinate interviews with department heads
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment data

Requirements

• Experience in manufacturing industry recruitment is required
• Ability to recruit both white-collar and blue-collar workforce
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Organized and responsible working approach

25,000 30,000 per month (depending on experience)
