Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates using various recruiting techniques including social media, job boards, and networking events.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates to ensure they meet job requirements and company culture fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective job descriptions.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate records of candidates and hiring processes.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires to ensure smooth integration into the company.
