Hiring Alert | HR Recruitment & Operations | Hybrid Role

BNC is hiring an HR Recruitment & Operations professional for a hybrid role based in Delhi NCR & Gurugram.

Position: HR Recruitment & Operations

Location: Delhi NCR & Gurugram

Work Mode: Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Coordination with hiring managers to close positions within defined timelines
  • Managing HR operations including employee lifecycle management and documentation
  • Hands-on experience with GreytHR for attendance, payroll support, leave management, and employee data
  • Maintaining HR MIS, reports, and compliance-related records
  • Supporting HR policies, processes, and daily HR operations

Desired Profile:

  • Proven experience in HR Recruitment and Operations
  • Working knowledge of GreytHR is mandatory
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Candidates based in Delhi NCR / Gurugram preferred
  • Female candidate and immediate joiners are preferred
