Chi Networks is looking to hire an HR, Recruiting & Admin Executive with 14 years of relevant experience who can support and strengthen our HR operations, recruitment coordination, and administrative processes. This role is suited for someone who understands the importance of structure, documentation, follow-through, and accountability, and wants to grow within a professionally managed organisation.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in our New Delhi office. You will work closely with management and internal teams to handle core HR operations, assist with recruitment activities, and manage administrative responsibilities. The role requires accuracy, consistency, and the ability to manage multiple tasks across departments.

What We're Looking For:

14 years of experience in HR, Recruitment and Administration

Good understanding of employee documentation, onboarding, exits, and records

Experience in coordinating interviews and supporting hiring processes

Comfortable working with digital tools, spreadsheets, and documentation systems

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes

Professional communication skills and a responsible work attitude
