HR Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in bulk hiring, campus recruitment, Production hiring and strong coordination skills to support hiring needs across Non-IT roles.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and onboarding.

Source candidates through job portals and social media platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, etc.

Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Maintain and update daily recruitment status in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Manage recruitment-related documentation and records.

Conduct background verification and reference checks for selected candidates.

Participate in and organize campus recruitment drives and job fairs.

Collaborate effectively with team members to meet hiring targets.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong experience in bulk hiring for Non-IT roles.

Proven experience in campus hiring.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Hands-on experience with any ATS is an added advantage.

Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

Strong relationship-building and multitasking abilities.

Ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment.

Educational qualification:

MBA in HR/ Industrial Relations/B.Tech (EEE/ECE)
