Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated HR Recruiter Intern who is eager to learn end-to-end recruitment processes. This internship provides hands-on exposure to real-time hiring, candidate management, and HR operations in a fast-growing IT company.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media
- Screening resumes and shortlisting profiles based on job requirements
- Conducting initial HR interviews (telephonic/video)
- Coordinating interview schedules with hiring managers
- Maintaining and updating candidate databases
- Posting job openings on various platforms
- Following up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Assisting in offer rollouts, onboarding, and documentation
- Supporting day-to-day HR activities and reports
Tools & Platforms
- Job Portals: Naukri, Indeed, Foundit
- Social Media: LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Email
- ATS / Tracking: Excel, Google Sheets, internal ATS
- Communication: Zoom, Google Meet, MS Teams
- Documentation: MS Word, Google Docs
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduates
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of recruitment process (preferred)
- Willingness to learn and work in a target-driven environment
Internship Terms (Important Note)
- This is a strictly unpaid internship for 3 months
- Duration is fixed at 3 months no negotiation After 3 months you will get the pay depends on your performance.
- On successful completion of 3 months, candidates will be paid in the same role based on performance and company requirements
