About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic, people-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team at a growing jewellery brand. The candidate will manage the recruitment process, source suitable candidates, coordinate interviews, and support day-to-day HR activities.

Freshers with good communication skills and a strong interest in building a career in Human Resources are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand hiring requirements from different departments and prepare job descriptions.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/online interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage offer discussions, documentation, and joining formalities.
• Maintain regular recruitment reports and MIS.
• Assist in onboarding and employee documentation.
• Support HR operations and other HR activities as required.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  

Requirements

• Graduate in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in recruitment/HR.
• Freshers are eligible to apply.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and HR practices.
• Comfortable using MS Excel/Google Sheets and other basic office tools.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and work within deadlines.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and good follow-up skills.
