Responsibilities:

Handling end to end recruitment.
Maintaining MIS Excel
Source potential candidates from various channels
Screen incoming resumes and application forms
Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
Advertise job openings on company s careers page, social media, job boards and internally.
Following up on the interview process status
Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
Requirements:

Experience with sourcing techniques Or Ready to learn if BTech fresher.
Excellent communication skills required.
Good written and Verbal Communication.
0 months- 5 years of Experience in recruitments (International BPO s /ITES Companies).
Candidates with Consultancy experience can also apply.
Immediate joiner preferred.
