We're Hiring – HR Recruiter & Sr HR Recruiter For Consultancy Firm

Location: West Delhi

Salary Up-to - Min 15K to Max 25k + Incentives

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our consultancy team. If you have strong communication skills and a passion for hiring talent, we'd love to connect with you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and references

• Conduct initial HR interviews and shortlist suitable candidates

• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients

• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records

• Understand client hiring requirements and share relevant profiles

• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills ️

• Minimum 1 yr of BPO recruitment exp along with hands on experience on Job portals

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment ⚡
