Roles & Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, references, and internal databases.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment: requirement gathering, sourcing, scheduling interviews, and closing positions.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and clients to align role specifications with candidate expectations.
• Negotiate salary, notice period, and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Maintain trackers, reports, and contribute to team hiring strategies.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (MBA in HR is a plus).
• 14 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment (IT/Non-IT).
• Females with excellent communication skills (verbal & written) will be preferred.
• Strong sourcing knowledge (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
• Energetic, target-driven, and a team player.
