Job Description

  • Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy.
  • Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media platforms, and recruitment platforms like LinkedIn Talent Solution.
  • Screening and filtering candidates for open positions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements in their respective teams.
  • Collaborate with consultants to bring the best talent onboard.
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board.
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates.
  • Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, aptitudes, and culture fitness.
  • Onboard new employees to become fully integrated.
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
  • Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the HR team and hiring managers.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven expertise of 2-4 years in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Immediate Joiners will be preferred.
