Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven HR Recruiter with 23 years of experience to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment and supporting talent acquisition initiatives across multiple roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and timelines.
- Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 23 years of proven experience as an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Executive.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, job portals, and LinkedIn sourcing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote environment.
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets is a plus.
