Job Title: HR Recruiter

Job Summary:

RupeeQ is looking for an HR Recruiter to support end-to-end recruitment and help build a strong and talented workforce. The role involves sourcing candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, and supporting the onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Prepare and post job descriptions on hiring platforms.
• Coordinate offer, documentation, and joining formalities.
• Maintain a pipeline of candidates for current and future requirements.
• Prepare basic recruitment reports and hiring updates.

Skills Required:

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of recruitment and sourcing techniques.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and recruitment platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and deadlines.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 6 months–1 year of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
• Experience in Fintech, Banking, NBFC, or Sales hiring is a plus.

• Number of successful hires.
• Candidate sourcing and interview conversion.
• Offer-to-joining ratio.
• Timely closure of open positions.
• Accuracy of recruitment records and trackers.
