Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

• Drive hiring for frontline Sales and Collections roles across geographies.
• Manage sourcing, screening, and selection processes for Territory Managers, Area Managers, and support roles.
• Identify effective sourcing channels including job portals, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment drives.
• Organize and lead recruitment events, walk-ins, and hiring campaigns.
• Innovate and improve the recruitment process through market research and benchmarking.

Stakeholder Communication

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with Business Heads, Regional HR teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Represent the employer brand effectively to attract high-quality talent.
• Maintain consistent communication with business units to align hiring with workforce planning needs.
