Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Ahmedabad for an HR Recruiter / Recruitment Specialist. The responsibilities include sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates, coordinating interviews, and communicating with clients to understand their hiring needs. The recruiter will be tasked with managing the end-to-end recruitment process, maintaining candidate databases, and ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates. Building strong relationships with clients and fostering talent pipelines are crucial aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Recruitment and talent acquisition expertise, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
• Proficiency in client communication, understanding their hiring needs, and ensuring seamless coordination.
• Database management skills and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or recruitment software.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships for talent engagement and client satisfaction.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Experience in the recruitment industry or HR roles; experience in IT recruitment is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and other regional languages.
