Role & Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and hire top-tier sales, operations, and field teams for real estate verticals across Indian cities.
- Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, and niche real estate networks.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role benchmarks, interview rubrics, and hiring success metrics.
- Conduct high-volume phone screens and video interviews to assess cultural fit, domain knowledge, and performance potential.
- Onboard and integrate new hires with seamless experience, ensuring they're equipped to hit the ground running.
- Track recruitment KPIs (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate) and recommend process improvements.
