Job Title: HR Recruiter (Fresher)

Location: Surat

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team.As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and updating job descriptions and job specifications.
  • Source candidates using various channels such as job boards, social media, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes and job applications to shortlist suitable candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Assist in organizing recruitment drives and career fairs.
  • Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment reports.
  • Support the onboarding process by preparing offer letters and conducting orientation sessions.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve recruitment strategies and processes.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in recruitment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR and recruitment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and time management abilities.
  • Basic understanding of HR policies and practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
