Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring IT professionals across various technologies and domains. This role requires strong sourcing capabilities, understanding of technical skill sets, and the ability to manage multiple IT requirements simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions across technologies and experience levels. • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and networking. • Screen resumes and assess technical competencies based on job requirements. • Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate technical interviews. • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals. • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process. • Coordinate with hiring managers and clients to understand technical requirements. • Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate databases.
