Job Description

  • minimum 6 months to 1 years of experience in Non IT recruitment
  • Comfortable working on Contract role (3rd Party Payroll)
  • Analyze and understand the requirement received from the internal clients.
  • Sourcing candidates by sending mails, using job portals, organizing events at vendor locations and referencing.
  • Posting ad and mass mailing on Job portals against skills requirements and locations
  • Pre-screening and short-listing the candidate for the client interview.
  • Scheduling the candidates with clients and follow up for the same.
  • Negotiating salary and rolling out offers to the candidates accordingly.
  • To keep a track on selected candidates joining date in the company.
  • Continuous follow-up with clients to confirm staffing plans and candidates needs are met.
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Immediate joiners preferred
