Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Recruiter with a strong background in non-IT hiring, particularly in manufacturing and construction sectors. The role involves end-to-end recruitment along with team handling responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles across manufacturing and construction sectors
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers
- Handle offer negotiation and onboarding processes
- Lead and mentor a small recruitment team
- Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and MIS
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
- Ensure timely closures and adherence to hiring targets
Required Skills
- Strong experience in non-IT recruitment (manufacturing/construction preferred)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously
- Team handling / leadership experience
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills

- Must be based in Bangalore (local candidates preferred)
- Should be available for immediate joining or within 15–20 days
