Position: HR Recruiter

Experience: 1–4 Years

Location: Ambegaon, Pune

Industry: Non-IT / Manufacturing / Engineering

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, and other channels.
• Screen candidates based on skills, experience, location, salary, and notice period.
• Coordinate telephonic and face-to-face/virtual interviews with candidates and clients.
• Manage interview schedules and candidate follow-ups.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
• Understand client requirements and source relevant profiles accordingly.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly recruitment targets.
• Maintain good candidate relationships throughout the hiring process.
• Strong knowledge of Non-IT Recruitment
• Good sourcing and screening skills
• Hands-on experience with Naukri / LinkedIn
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously
• Strong follow-up and candidate coordinatio
• n skills
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach

Qualification

Any Graduate / MBA – HR / PGDM – HR preferred.

Preferred Candidate

1–4 years of experience in Non-IT Recruitment with exposure to manufacturing, engineering, automotive, automation, or other core industries.
