JOB SUMMARY

We're seeking motivated graduates from any educational background to join our recruitment team for a 30-day internship program. Gain hands-on experience in international recruitment, US and Indian staffing markets, and HR functions. This is a first-come, first-selection opportunity with limited seats available.

ABOUT THIS INTERNSHIP

This internship program provides comprehensive exposure to the global staffing industry, bridging US , Canada and Indian talent markets. You'll work on real recruitment projects, understand market dynamics, and develop practical HR skills with professional mentorship.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Assist in recruiting and screening candidates for international positions

Learn US and Canada staffing market requirements and hiring practices

Understand Indian talent pool and local recruitment strategies

Support end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement

Handle candidate communication and follow-ups

Learn HR on boarding and compliance procedures

Develop candidate profiles and job descriptions

Participate in client interactions and requirement gathering

Support HR documentation and record management

WHO SHOULD APPLY

Bachelor's Degree from any discipline (graduates or final year students)

Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

Interest in HR and recruitment careers

Willingness to work on-site full-time

Availability for 60 continuous days
