End-to-end recruitment

Sourcing & screening candidates

Coordination with hiring managers

Interview scheduling & follow-ups

Maintaining recruitment MIS & reports

Handling manufacturing & technical hiring

Required Skills:

• Strong communication & coordination skills

• Experience in manufacturing / engineering hiring preferred

• Knowledge of recruitment portals & sourcing techniques

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
