Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring to the onboarding of top professionals.
Specialize in recruiting for various positions, understanding the unique requirements and skills needed for success
Utilize various recruitment channels (e.g., job boards, social media, LinkedIn, referrals, and other platforms) to source and engage high-potential candidates.
Work closely with the hiring managers to define role requirements, competencies, and profiles that align with the company's business objectives and culture.
Conduct phone screenings, interviews, and assessment tests as needed, ensuring that only the most qualified candidates proceed through the hiring process.
Prepare and extend offer letters, manage negotiations, and ensure smooth communication between the candidate and internal stakeholders throughout the offer stage.
Collaborate with HR and relevant departments to ensure a smooth onboarding process, including pre-hire documentation, orientation, and integration into the company culture.
Help maintain and build the company's employer brand to attract top talent, ensuring the organization is perceived as an employer of choice.
Qualifications & Experience:
Master's degree in human resources or a related field.
Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in both tech & non-tech recruitment
Deep understanding of recruitment challenges and strategies for success.
Familiarity with recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards.
Strong sourcing and candidate pipeline development skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
Data driven approach to recruiting and process optimization.
Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
A team player with the ability to work independently when needed.
Strong people skills with a passion for creating a positive candidate experience.
