Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for IT positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other relevant channels.
- Screen and evaluate candidate profiles based on technical and functional requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the selection process.
- Handle salary negotiations and facilitate the offer management process.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate databases.
- Ensure adherence to recruitment timelines and quality standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Strong understanding of technical roles and IT skill sets.
- Proficiency in using job portals and professional networking platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring deadlines.
