We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will assist in the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to scheduling interviews, and will play a crucial role in helping us find the best talent for our organization.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, job portals, and networking.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Assist in the interview process by coordinating interviews and providing feedback to candidates.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with candidate information and status.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide recruitment support.
• Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the company and attract potential candidates.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Salary : 15,000 to 18,000/- per monthly
