HR Recruiter - IT (Banking Domain)

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter with expertise in IT recruitment within the Banking & Financial Services sector, particularly for Temenos T24 / Transact / Infinity technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit IT professionals for Banking & Financial Services projects.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-up.
• Identify and engage candidates with experience in T24 / Temenos Transact / Infinity.
• Understand technical requirements and identify suitable candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and internal teams throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate records and provide regular recruitment updates.

Required Skills:

• 1-2 years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Experience recruiting for the Banking & Financial Services sector.
• Exposure to T24, Temenos Transact, and Infinity profiles.
• Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
• Good understanding of IT roles and technical requirements.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Strong follow-up and candidate management skills.
