Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process — sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles.
- Work on job postings across platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals.
- Conduct telephonic interviews and initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate with clients and candidates for interview scheduling and feedback.
- Maintain candidate data and update recruitment trackers regularly.
- Support senior recruiters in fulfilling client requirements across industries.
- Learn and apply recruitment tools, databases, and CRM software.
