We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR recruiter to oversee the complete recruitment process. The candidate will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and onboarding suitable talent while ensuring a smooth and professional hiring experience aligned with company objectives.
Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Design and execute effective hiring plans to meet organizational staffing needs.
- Identify potential candidates through platforms such as Internshala, Job Hai, Naukri, LinkedIn, social media channels, and referrals.
- Review applications and conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate skills and cultural fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and department heads.
- Handle offer letters, salary discussions, and joining formalities.
- Assist in onboarding activities and employee documentation.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and conduct regular feedback sessions to enhance retention.
