We are looking for HR Recruiters with strong communication skills and proven experience in high-volume hiring for International Contact Centers/BPOs.

If you have experience hiring for International Voice/Non-Voice Contact Center processes and enjoy working in a fast-paced, target-driven recruitment environment, we would like to meet you!

Position: HR Recruiter – Volume Hiring

Location: Brookefield, Bangalore

Work Mode: Work from Office

CTC: Up to 5 LPA

Working: 6 Days

Fixed Shift: 11:00 AM – 8:30 PM

What we're looking for:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Hands-on experience in International Contact Center/BPO Volume Hiring

Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills

Ability to manage high-volume recruitment and hiring targets

Experience handling candidates through the complete recruitment lifecycle

Please note: We will not consider profiles with:

• Only Consultancy/Recruitment Agency experience
• Only Domestic BPO/Contact Center hiring experience
• No prior International Contact Center/BPO volume hiring experience
