Job Title: HR Recruiter (Non-Technical / Internal Hiring)
Location: India (Remote)
Work Type: Full-time | Remote (Must have own laptop & reliable internet)
Shift: 4 PM to 1 AM IST & 7 PM to 4 AM IST
Role Overview
We are looking for an Internal HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for non-technical roles across multiple functions including Recruitment Operations, Sales, Accounting, HR, and Business Support teams. This is a hands-on role focused on speed, quality, and ownership.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle full-cycle recruitment for non-technical internal roles
- Source candidates via job portals, referrals, LinkedIn, and direct outreach
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and assess culture fit
- Coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers
- Manage offer rollouts, negotiations, and candidate follow-ups
- Support onboarding and documentation coordination
- Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and hiring metrics
- Work closely with leadership to understand hiring priorities
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience hiring non-technical roles (HR, Sales, Accounting, Marketing, Operations, Support, etc.)
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
- Ability to independently manage multiple roles and deadlines
- Experience working in a fast-paced internal hiring environment
- Good understanding of recruitment processes and candidate lifecycle
Work Requirements
- Own laptop is mandatory
- Stable high-speed internet connection required
- Comfortable working remotely and coordinating with teams virtually
Nice to Have
- Prior experience with internal HR or in-house recruitment
- Exposure to ATS or recruitment tracking tools
