HR Recruiter - Intern

Job Title: HR Recruiter – Intern (4-Month Paid Internship with Full-Time Opportunity)

Location: BT Kawade Road, Pune

Work Mode: Onsite (Monday to Friday)

Stipend: ₹5,000 per month

About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and energetic HR Recruiter Intern to join our recruitment team. This paid internship offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment across multiple domains. Upon successful completion of the 4-month internship, top performers will be considered for a full-time role based on performance and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
• Maintain candidate databases and daily recruitment trackers
• Support in building talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to recruitment strategies

Requirements:

• Graduate or pursuing final year in HR or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of the recruitment process
• Proficient in MS Office and online search tools
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment

Duration:

• 4 Months
• (Full-time conversion opportunity based on performance)
