HR Recruiter in Jaipur

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle for IT positions for pan-India hiring
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, references, and other channels.
• Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates accordingly.
• Screen candidates based on skills, experience, communication, and role requirements.
• Conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews and coordinate further interview rounds.
• Maintain and regularly update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams regarding interview schedules and candidate feedback.
• Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
• Maintain strong candidate relationships and ensure a positive recruitment experience.
