HR Recruiter

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat (Work from Office)

We are now seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Recruiterwho can take full ownership of recruitment processes and contribute to sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates in our fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Stay updated with current recruitment trends, hiring strategies, and best practices.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Knowledge of recruitment, talent acquisition, and interviewing techniques.
• Experience in sourcing and screening candidates.
• Understanding of HR policies and recruitment processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment platforms/job portals.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience recruiting across IT domains.
• Graduate (Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on experience using recruitment tools and hiring platforms.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Recruitment certifications will be an added advantage.
