HR Recruiter - Hotel and Retail Hiring

CSML group is India's leading Amusement & Leisure equipment supplier and solution provider to all major Corporate, Entertainment Centers, Shopping malls, Hotels and Resorts. As part of our expansion into new hospitality ventures, we are hiring an HR Recruiter to support team building across locations. The role will be responsible for ensuring timely deployment of the right talent at all locations, while maintaining cost efficiency and budget adherence.

*Reporting Location: Head Office, Andheri (E), Mumbai.

Position: Recruiter - Hospitality Hiring

Department: Human Resources

Key Responsibilities:

Understand manpower requirements from outlet heads and central teams.

Source candidates through job portals, referrals, walk-ins, and field recruitment.

Screen candidates for attitude, communication, grooming, and job fit.

Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.

Handle offers, salary negotiations, documentation, and joining formalities.

Maintain recruitment trackers and share weekly hiring updates.

Build a strong pipeline for frequently required positions (Based on Attrition).

Ensure manpower is in place for new launches and peak seasons.

Qualifications:

Graduate in HR or related field.

25 years of recruitment experience; hospitality/QSR/FEC hiring would be a plus & highly recommended.

Knowledge of volume hiring and field sourcing channels.

Skills Required:

Good communication and people skills.

Ability to hire quickly and meet deadlines.

Basic understanding of BOH and FOH roles.

Strong coordination and follow-up ability.

Good with Excel/Google Sheets and job portals.
