Role Description

The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires. The role involves collaborating with hiring managers to determine staffing needs, developing job descriptions, and maintaining candidate pipelines. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon.

Qualifications

• Experience in talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Knowledge of recruitment platforms and tools, with an ability to execute effective hiring strategies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Should have knowledge in bulk hiring/Telesales/Lateral
• Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and candidate databases
• Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in healthcare or service industry recruitment is advantageous
