We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter with expertise in GCC and Arab hiring. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and talent acquisition for the Middle East/Gulf region.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment for GCC and Arab countries
• Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates through various channels
• Coordinating interviews and managing the hiring process efficiently
• Building strong networks and talent pipelines for Gulf-based roles
• Ensuring compliance with regional employment laws and visa requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Gulf hiring
• Strong knowledge of GCC recruitment trends
• Experience with sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, job portals, social media, etc.)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
